On the Road Again to Las Vegas, NV - Sponsored by ZIP Products

Five (5) NCRS Road Tours are planned to converge on the 2025 National Convention location in Las Vegas, NV. The road tour leaders are busy planning and promise to make it a memorable drive. Tenative plans, places of interest and stops are described below. Make sure you register early and pick the tour you want to participate in. Register online when the convention registration opens or use the mail in application for the road tour. Detailed information for routes and lodging will be provided to each member after you have registered for the Road Tour.

The Last Night Out Reception will be held at the host hotel, South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa. Rooms will be available at the host hotel for Saturday September 7th These rooms can be reserved at the convention rate. Of note! Register early as rooms and convention events fill up fast!!

Road Tour registration closes June 28th, mail in registrations must be received by that date for processing. Make note: this date is before registration for the Convention closes. All cars must be registered, licensed and insured to be driven on public highways. We must also have an insurance card and registration, valid for the duration of the road tour, entered into the system prior to the start of your road tour.

It is prefered you register online for the road tour when making your convention registration. However, we again have a paper form if you wish to register by mail. Remember there is an additional fee for mail in registrations.



Central Pennsylvania Road Tour: Led by Gary and Andrea Dukeman

The Central Pa Trip this year will start on Wednesday August 27 at the Gilmore Museum in Hickory Corners MI at 1 PM.

We will leave Gilmore Museum traveling to northern Michigan stopping at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore to view, spending the night at Traverse City, MI.

Day 2, August 28, will include visiting Picture Rocks National Lakeshore and a boat trip to view the area from the Lake Superior, spending the night in Westmore, MI.

Day 3, August 29, will be scenic drive alone Northern MI, Lake Superior area to Duluth, MN spending the night in Duluth, MN.

Day 4, August 30, travel the great plains of Minnesota, spending the night in East Grand Forks, MN.

Day 5, August 31, stopping at The Geographic Center of North America, Prairie Village Museum and if time permits the Buffalo Trails Museum, spending the night in Williston, ND.

Day 6, September 1, stopping at Fort Union Trading Post Historical Site, Cowboy Hall of Fame & Western Heritage Center, spending the night in Shelby MT.

Day 7, September 2, spend as much time as wanted in Glaiser National Park, MT, spending the night in Kalispell, MT.

Day 8, September Scenic Highway South to Missoula, MT.

Day 9, September 4, Scenic Highways South to Sun Valley, spending the night in Ketchum, ID.

Day 10, September 5, Scenic Highway South Stopping to see NCRS member collection in Twin Falls, ID, then see Twin Falls ID, spending the night in Wells, NV.

Day 11, September 6, Final drive to "Last Night Out" South Point in Las Vegas.



Northwest Road Tour: Led by Mike & Tammy Doty

We will start September 2nd in Yakima, WA, stopping at a NCRS member’s car collection/big game trophy room, near Prosser, and spending the night in Lewiston, Idaho.

September 3 rd has us traveling over famous Lolo Pass and spending the night in Missoula MT.

The following day we will meet up with the Central PA road tour and combine the 2 tours as we have done in the past.



Rocky Mountain Tour: Led by Tom & Diane Di Rito

Join us for our traditional barbeque at our home on the evening of Monday September 1 st as we kick off our 2025 Road Tour!

The Road Tour will be departing Highlands Ranch, Colorado on Tuesday September 2 nd bound for Santa Fe, New Mexico (386 miles).

We’ll spend Wednesday September 3 rd exploring Santa Fe.


On Thursday September 4 th it’s on to tour the oldest continuously inhabited pueblo in North America as we tour Acoma Pueblo, then on to Winslow, Arizona (338 miles).

We’ll spend Friday September 5 th touring Winslow, Arizona.

For those who’d like to take a side trip, Sedona, Arizona is just a short, beautiful drive west of Winslow.


On Saturday September 6 th we’ll head to our Last Night Out celebration at our National Convention (314 miles). Don’t miss all the fun! Register for this Road Tour today!!! Road Tour approximate total mileage: 1,038 miles.

SPECIAL NOTE: The Santa Fe, New Mexico and the Winslow, Arizona Hotel room blocks are only held until August 2nd, 2025 and July 17 th, 2025 respectively. Please make your reservations as soon as possible. Once the rooms are gone I likely will not be able to add rooms to the room blocks.



Southern California Tour Led by John & Beverly LeGate

Please join the Southern California Road Tour to our NATIONAL CONVENTION in Las Vegas, Nevada. If we have a Founders participant, we will depart Friday, September 5th.

We will gather at The Original Pancake House in Anaheim, CA. and stay one night in Kingman, Arizona.

Our tour will be approximately 511 miles.

Saturday morning, we will drive to the “Last Night Out” reception.

If we do not have a Founders participant, we will become “The Pedal to the Metal” road tour departing Saturday the 6th morning from The Original Pancake House and driving straight to the “Last Night Out” reception.



Texas Road Tour Led by John Howell:

The 2025 Texas road tour begins Saturday August 30thin Van Horn, TX. That day we will drive west into southern New Mexico and eastern Arizona. We will overnight in Clifton, Az.

On Day 2 we will head north up the Mogollon Rim to Alpine and St John’s, AZ. We may visit the Zuni Pueblo that afternoon and then spend the night in Gallup, NM.

On Day 3 we will drive to Durango, CO and may stop by Mesa Verde National Park. The next day we remain in Durango and plan to ride the Durango and Silverton Narrow Guage railroad to Silverton for the day.

On Day 5 we leave Durango for Moab, UT and visit Arches National Park. After that, on Days 6 and 7, I would like to see Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon National Parks but don’t have our overnight locations firmed up yet.

On Saturday 9/6/25 we will drive in to Las Vegas for the last night out event.

All NCRS Road Tours will travel to the “Last Night Out” event. Details to be provided as they are finalized.

You must be an NCRS member to register and participate in these Road Tours. Proof of liability insurance must be sent with your registration showing insurance in effect during the tour dates. All cars must be properly registered, licensed and insured to operate on public highways. Hotel and general route information will be sent upon registration. You will receive Road Tour Hotel information in response to your Road Tour registration and payment.
