We return this year to the South Point Hotel Casino & Spa.
We had a hugely successful convention in 2018 at the South Point Hotel Casino & Spa. What a wonderful venue to host our event. The hotel is a self contained city with everything you need to enjoy your time there. The show floor was directly attached to the hotel and spacious enough to accommodate the show cars, display cars and vendors. The hotel has eleven restaurants to choose from in several price ranges. There is a movie theater, bowling alley, casino and live entertainment as well as a full service spa. You never need to leave the hotel.
As you know Las Vegas is an entertainment mecca. Live shows for every taste are almost non-stop. Plan a night on the town, there are 196 shows to choose from during the Convention time. With the Welcome Reception on the 7th and the Membership Meeting on the 8th, the 9th and 10th evenings are free. You can also plan an extra day or two before the convention or afterward to take in your favorite show. Make a short vacation of your trip as well as the Convention.
There is bus service from the Southpoint to downtown every 30 minutes from 5am to 1pm. Enjoy a show, shop, or just sightsee the beautiful hotels and casinos along the Las Vegas Strip. In the evenings of September the temperature should be fairly comfortable or even chilly late at night or early morning.

There are also some interesting daytime activities planned to keep you busy. Visit Hoover Dam, Ron Fellows Driving School or learn about the Mob's history at the Mob Museum.
Registration opens February 1, 2025.
Please register as soon as possible beginning February 1, 2025, either on-line (greatly preferred AND you pay a discounted registration fee of $180!) or through the US mail. Mail in form.

Registration forms postmarked prior to February 1, 2025, or incomplete forms will be returned to the sender unprocessed.
Registration forms received in the office after July 21, 2025, will be returned to the sender. After July 21st, you may only register on-site at the convention and subject to a $25 late fee.
Your preregistration makes it possible for NCRS to effectively plan and produce a great convention at a very reasonable cost. Early registrations will minimize the chances that your car will be wait-listed, or you will not be able to attend a particular event. We anticipate significant interest in many events as always. Please do not wait until the last minute to register. The later you register, the greater the chance of disappointment.
Convention registrations will be confirmed by email (or by mail if no email exists). Registration packets, meal tickets, shirts, name badges, etc., must be picked up on-site at the NCRS registration desk. Please always wear your convention name badge. It is required for admission to all convention events.

Cancellation Information
Convention and/or Judging Registration cancellations must be received in writing (US Mail, fax or email - whatever is easiest for you) on or before Monday July 21st, 2025, and will be subject to a $25 service charge. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after July 21st, 2025. On that date, we confirm all the tours, meals, etc. with our various vendors. If you cannot attend after that late date, the NCRS is responsible for paying our vendors for anything you ordered: therefore, no refunds.
Motor Homes
