Preston O Dulaney of Muncie, Indiana was one of the first people to ever join the NCRS WAY back in June, 1974. He and his wife Anna were fixtures at most of the early NCRS events. Their NCRS membership number is 20(!) out of nearly 58,000 members. Anna is STILL an active member. Preston is missed!
